Thought of the day - Never too late

It is never too late to learn from a mistake. Nor is it ever too late to apologise for a transgression. There is always something constructive that can happen, even if time cannot be turned back and deeds cannot be undone. But the longer we wait, the harder it gets. We become entrenched in the explanations and justifications that we have created to support whatever decision we came to. Someone, somewhere in our world now, would secretly like to back down and start afresh. Don't stand in their way.

Thought of The Day - Moving on

There are some things that we simply cannot take with us across the threshold of time. Experiences, no matter how real they may seem to be in one moment, rapidly become nothing more than memories. Yet, though all things must eventually pass, it seems that some things stick around longer than we want them to. We cannot instantly leave behind all that we would like to consign to the past. Certain duties - and debts - are sure to pursue us. But we can kiss goodbye to a fear that we have outgrown.
